Dr Tobias Pincock is an Ear, Nose and Throat trained surgeon with an active interest in allergy.
Toby commenced his ENT training in NSW in 1999. He then went on to complete a prestigous fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgery through the University of Washington in Seattle USA under the guidance of Dr Wayne Larrabee (ex-president of the American Academy of Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery, and founder and editor of the Archives of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery)
Dr Alison Chiu
Dr Alison Chiu is a comprehensively trained Ophthalmic Surgeon with additional expertise in corneal laser surgery. Her subspecialty interests are cataract surgery and laser vision correction.
Dr Chiu completed her undergraduate medical degree with Honours at the University of Sydney. Her ophthalmology training was undertaken at Sydney Eye Hospital, with further subspecialty training at Macquarie University Hospital, including an academic qualification in Refractive Surgery. She additionally holds a PhD from the University of Sydney, supported by prestigious scholarships at University College London and Cambridge University. She has published in peer-reviewed literature, and has presented at national and international conferences.
Dr Clarence Lim
Medical Safety Officer
Clarence is a consultant anaesthetist with over 10 years of clinical experience in various settings. Dr Lim advocates for best practice and patient safety. He has special interest in allergy and clinical management of high risk allergy cases.
Dr Suzan Bekir
MBBS (Hon) UNSW FRACGP
Suzan is a General practitioner with over 10 years of experience and interest in Allergy. Suzan is especially interested in Allergy education for health care professionals and for the general public. Suzan is an associate member of the Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy.
Allergy Registered Nurse
Sophie has been a Registered Nurse for 6 years. Sophie graduated from the University of Technology in Sydney with a Bachelor of Nursing, and Australian College of Nursing with a Graduate Certificate in Intensive Care Nursing. In addition Sophie has undertaken a course in Immunology and Immunisation through South Australia Health. Sophie is passionate about helping patients suffering from allergies to manage their condition and improve their quality of life.
Allergy Enrolled Nurse
Manuel is an Enrolled Nurse with an interest in allergy. Manuel graduated from the Manukau Institute of Technology in New Zealand with a Diploma in Nursing.
Allergy Registered Nurse
Ros has been a Registered Nurse for the past 19 years. Ros is an associate member of the Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy (ASCIA). She achieved a Professional Certificate in Allergy Nursing through the University of South Australia in 2011. Ros too, has seen first-hand the effect that Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma can have on a person and is passionate about helping to alleviate the discomfort they can cause. Ros’ young daughter has both conditions and recently commenced sublingual immunotherapy.
